Registration for the 2020 Virtual Fall Workshop
To be Held Virtually on the ZOOM platform - Wednesday October 21st - Thursday, October 29th
Registration: Each person purchasing a "ticket" through the registration process will receive access to all of the sessions that are offered during the workshop except for those that have limited access. These sessions will require a second sign up form once you access the secure website [see below].
Steps to Register:
You will also receive emails as additional details for the workshop are announced. NOTE: you will receive a password for a secure version of the website around the first week of October.
*Discount Codes: Discount codes are available for presenters and Trail Apprentices. If you fit into one of these two groups and have not received a discount code, please contact Liz Wessel at liz@pnts.org.
Secure website: The secure website with ZOOM links will not be available until the first week of October. Until then, you will have access to a public version of the website. A password will be provided for a secure version of the website that will contain the ZOOM link for each web session. In the meantime, we encourage you to look at the public version of the website for more information about each session. Some sessions will have prework that is suggested prior to attending the workshop session.
If you cancel in writing on or prior to October 16th, your ticket fee will be refunded. Any cancellations after October 16th and “no shows” will be ineligible for refunds.
Steps to Register:
1. Select the number of tickets of each type that you wish to purchase. There are two types of tickets: $75 - standard and $25 - student/limited income. NOTE: If you are applying a discount code*, please register one person (1 ticket) at a time.
2. You will be asked to provide personal information including an email for each ticket. This is important so that we can send each individual the access information for the Zoom links.
3. After entering the information for each ticket, you will be taken to a summary page. You will be able to review each ticket, add a ticket OR add your discount code*. Again, if you are adding a discount code, please register one person (one ticket) at a time.
4. Continue to the check out page. At this time, you can add a donation to your registration if you would like [Look at the top of the page]. Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will include a link to the detailed workshop website.
