Steps to Register
1. Select the number of tickets of each type that you wish to purchase.
2. You will be asked to provide personal information including an email for each ticket. This is important so that we can send each individual important event updates.
3. After entering the information for each ticket, you will be taken to a summary page. You will be able to review each ticket, add a ticket OR add your discount code. Again, if you are adding a discount code, please register one person (one ticket) at a time.
4. Continue to the check out page. At this time, you can add a donation to your registration if you would like. Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will include a link to the detailed workshop website.
You will also receive emails as additional details for the workshop are announced.
By registering for the 2023 National Trails Workshop (the Workshop), you agree to the following terms and conditions of the Partnership for the National Trails System (PNTS).
a. You will ensure that your employees, partners, agents, contractors, subcontractors and any other person attending the Workshop on your behalf shall comply with the following terms and conditions.
b. PNTS may send you occasional communications about activities pertaining to the Partnership for the National Trails System and the National Scenic and Historic Trails, of which you may unsubscribe at any time.
c. PNTS reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the Workshop timetable, speakers, moderators, as well as reasonable amendments to the content.
d. In the event of a cancellation of the Workshop due to circumstances beyond the control of the PNTS, a timely and full refund will be granted to all registered participants.
e. Certain sessions of the Workshop may be recorded and materials produced during the workshop may be used for promotional or other purposes by PNTS following the Workshop. By registering for the Workshop, you are providing your consent to be recorded or included in PNTS materials.
f. PNTS does not assume responsibility or liability for damages, mental, physical or emotional, resulting from possibly erroneous and/or incomplete contents of presentations, discussions or workshop materials during the Workshop.
g. If a participant causes hindrance during any part of the Workshop (workshop sessions, networking events, discussion and messages with other participants) we have the right to remove this person from the Workshop and refuse for subsequent workshops. The removed participant will not receive a registration refund.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Purchased registrations can be transferred to another individual by request and at the discretion of PNTS. If you wish to transfer your purchased registration, you must email Cara@pnts.org prior to October 25th.

All workshop sessions and roundtable discussions will occur at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center located at 1500 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, Florida, 32809.
A special discounted rate of $124 (plus $5 hotel service fee and taxes per night) for hotel accommodations is available for Workshop attendees who stay at the Florida Hotel. Identify yourself as an attendee of the "2023 National Trails Workshop" group when you call to reserve your room to get the discount. The rate is available until Friday, October 13th.
The group rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the event (November 3-11). If you need additional days before or after please reach out to Cara@pnts.org to inquire about extending the group rate to your individual reservation beyond this timeframe.
